Shenyang University International Students Living Off Campus provided(Trial)

1. Foreign students are allowed to live in outside campus, have to obey Chinese laws, respect local cultures and need to show the contract with landlord incase of any dissensions happen between two parties. International students should be living on campus in principle. If you need to stay outside, you should go to the International Affairs Office to handle the relevant formalities students off-campus.

2. International students who are home stayed, both the host and the student need to bring the host’s housing permits, ID and students’ passport together go to the local police station to fill in Registration Form of Temporary Residence.

3. Present document of Registration Form of Residence:

a. For renting a private houselandlords should give a copy of the security license to student, and signed a housing contract with the landlord.

b. For living in hotel and apartmentinternational students should apply certification of alien registration.

c. For living in the relatives’ house students must provide information of guarantorincluding guarantor’s name, address and valid documents of relationship statement.

4. Procedures of Registration for International Students Living Off Campus:

a. Firstly, students should report to Shenyang University International Affairs Office. The report must include your name, nationality, class and reason and statement of living off campus. The statement of living off campus must report that you live off campus is voluntary. No matter what happens, you must be responsible for my own. And it has no connection to the school. And then students provide housing contract and some related documents.

b. International students should bring Registration Form for International Students Living off Campus, passport and Residence Permit to the local police station to complete a Registration Form of Temporary Residence within 24 hours.

c. Students take the Registration Form of Temporary Residence to International Student Administration Office to get letter of recommendation. And then the Registration Form for International Students Living off Campus will be kept by International Affairs Office. International students need bring the letter of recommendation, Residence Permit, Registration Form of Temporary Residence and passport to apply the change of Residence Permit at the Division of Exit-entry Administration of the public Security Bureau of Shenyang within 10 days.

5. The change of Residence Permit of students must fulfill the relevant procedures again.

6. If the international students need go to other city for travel, visiting relatives and so on, should go to the local city police station to fill in Registration Form of Temporary Residence within 24 hours. As the students left theterritoryofChina, after come back, they should go to the local police station to register again within 24 hours.
